Prices include bed linen, towels and cleaning upon entry and exit.
RESTRICTIONS: We do not rent the house for parties or for bachelor parties or the like. We also do not rent it to groups of young people under the age of 20. We offer it to you for your rest and relaxation and what we ask is that you take care of it and respect it so that we can offer it to the following guests in good condition.
ANIMALS: We accept pets, but with restrictions: only over two years of age and no more than two per group. We charge an extra €25 for each pet.
RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT: We will charge you an amount of €200 when making the reservation, which we will use as a deposit and we will return you 24 hours after the end of your stay, except in case of damage, theft of an object (including towels), non-compliance with any house rule or irresponsible attitudes or contrary to good coexistence.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: We formalize the rental of our rural house in an agreement that we will send you by e-mail for you to sign, so that the conditions and rules of the house are reflected and accepted in writing.
In addition, according to Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, we are obliged to communicate to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior a series of personal data of our tenants. For this reason, we will ask each of the people who are going to stay in the house to fill out a form with this information and provide us with a copy of an identification document.
PAYMENT: Payment of the total rental fee must be made in advance, either through bank transfer at least 72 hours in advance or Bizum or cash upon entering the house.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 100% refund of the deposit if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival.
- 50% refund of the deposit if you cancel between 15 and 30 days before arrival.
- No refund of the deposit if you cancel less than 15 days before arrival.
ENTRY AND DEPARTURE TIMES: The entrance to the house will always be from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and departure must be made before 12:00 h. on the day of departure (if you need to leave later, let us know and we will do our best to be flexible).
WELCOME DETAIL: We will give you a welcome gift upon entering the house.
