The kitchen keeps the flavor of the old, but has a modern dishwasher, oven and induction hob. There is also a microwave and Melita-type coffee maker (with built-in filter).

Dinning room
The table seats up to 14 people (with 2 at each headboard). Two magnificent antique sideboards and a wonderful wood-burning salamander provide a special charm to this room, which has direct access to the patio.

On the upper floor, this beautiful living room with wooden floor and ceiling has a TV, a wood stove, a reading corner and a work table.

One of the corners of the main room, next to one of the libraries, is perfect to work comfortably if necessary.

In the main room we have a small corner where you can sit and read in a relaxed way. The house has a large number of books, selected by theme and some of them in English and French.
Cinema home
With a sloping wooden roof, it has air conditioning and a ‘home theater’ system. It also has an office desk.
Cinema hall
With a full 5.1 theater system, you can watch DVD movies (many are available in the house) or from a USB device and listen to music. It is also connected to the TV antenna through a DTT. Digital photos can also be projected to celebrate that anniversary with family or remember the best moments with friends.
Yard
A large area where you can relax in the sun on the loungers, take a dip in the pool or have a wonderful barbecue.

Barbecue yard
A secluded area of the patio where the Argentine barbecue is located, very pleasant to eat in a group. We have a table for 8 people to join the one in the photo, for large groups.

Made with a special width and length for 12/14 people, with an elevation of the grill and everything you need to make your grill experience as rewarding as possible. We have spices, various types of salt, oak wood and all the tools you need: a large knife, gloves, tweezers, scraper, paella ring adapted to the grill, etc.

Crossing the patio you enter this old sheep barn converted into a “games room”.
Game room
Various board and card games are available on the conservatory patio porch. Decorative farm implements, a wood stove, a table on an old threshing floor, a mus table and a stereo.

The garage has space for two cars and automatic door.

Inside the garage we have several exercise equipment, as well as a couple of bicycles in case someone dares to take a ride.

The town is nestled in a valley accessed from a flat plateau full of farm fields.
